STRAIGHT FROM OUR CLIENTS
STORIES OF SUCCESS
We’re proud to stay closely connected with our clients, always listening, learning, and evolving. Their feedback drives us forward, helping to refine and enhance what we do. Here’s what a few of them have to say about their experience with us…

How would you describe your experience working with RegCom, and what impact has the partnership had on your organisation?
“Working with RegCom has always been a seamless and rewarding experience. Their team is professional, proactive, and consistently delivers meaningful results. At Swordfish, we’ve especially valued how RegCom listens, adapts, and adds value — becoming more than just a service provider. They’re a strategic ally who understands the bigger picture in our space. Our collaboration has evolved into a trusted, values-driven partnership built on shared goals, mutual respect, and unwavering professionalism. This relationship has been instrumental in helping Swordfish navigate an ever-changing regulatory environment. We’re proud to work with a partner as reliable, forward-thinking, and invested as RegCom, and we look forward to achieving even more together.”
How has RegCom’s Registered Email and SMS changed your approach to secure and compliant communication?
“Before partnering with RegCom, ensuring our digital communications were both secure and legally binding posed a significant operational challenge. We relied on fragmented systems that made compliance tracking laborious and increased the risk of disputes.
RegCom has transformed the way we manage communication. Their Registered Email and Registered SMS services provide verifiable, time-stamped proof of delivery and content — a game changer in the debt recovery and financial services space where regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
A standout moment was during a high-risk campaign rollout for a major financial institution. RegCom’s Registered SMS functionality allowed us to prove delivery and content integrity at scale, significantly reducing client risk and bolstering trust in our campaign execution processes.
Since integrating RegCom into our workflows, we’ve seen measurable improvements in efficiency and audit readiness. What used to take hours of manual cross-checking now happens automatically, giving our team more time to focus on strategic execution.
We would absolutely recommend RegCom to any business needing bulletproof, compliant digital communications, because peace of mind is worth investing in.”

Before using RegCom, what challenges did your business face in ensuring secure and legally binding communications?
Many of our clients struggled with challenges in delivering important notices which are required by law in their practices.
The South African Post Office faced immense struggles with service delivery and dwindling volumes which led to single digit successful delivery rates of these notices. This led to clients not being able to communicate with debtors effectively, especially when collections have progressed to legal proceedings. This, in turn, led to many debtors being blacklisted without being aware thereof, as well as an increased risk to the legal practitioner, who often had no other way to communicate legally with the debtor. The Registered Certificate that RegCom introduced to the market has changed this dramatically.
How has RegCom helped address these challenges?
RegCom has played an integral part in guiding the debt collection industry into the digital era. Over the years, they have continuously engaged with the greater credit industry, legal practitioners and key software partners, such as FutureSoft, firstly, to break the old school way of thinking of the legal industry and secondly, turning it into a digital direction.
RegCom has significantly improved our communication security and legal compliance offering. With their Registered Email and Registered SMS services, our clients have irrefutable proof of delivery and content, through time-stamped receipts. This reliable audit trail can be delivered 100% of the time, depending on the accuracy of the data in our client’s possession, and we understand that the Registered Certificate has been accepted in South African courts since 2018.
Can you share a specific example where RegCom’s Registered Email or Registered SMS services had a significant impact on your organization?
Absolutely. Effective delivery of notices is facilitated in the Excalibur software through the RegCom APIs, allowing debt collection matters to move to the next step in the collections process and substantially increasing the collection rates.
How has integrating RegCom’s digital communication solutions improved your operational efficiency and compliance processes?
Integrating into RegCom’s solution has been seamless and simple. It has provided our clients with secure, digital registered channels that we believe are reliable.
Would you recommend RegCom to other businesses? If so, please summarize why in one sentence.
The team from Regcom, are always available when the need arises, and their communications solutions has shown to be robust and secure, and recognised in South African courts.
